It could be argued the fact that the police did little or nothing for so long was actually instrumental to a result. The gang grew bolder with police inactivity over time, such that attacks on the property could be made in daylight (as well as after-dark). Certainly one of these I filmed with a Sony camcorder – including them coming-out & going into their neighbouring homes. The arrest followed-on from that.

This week-end the clocks go back - & the traditional Halloween, & Guy Fawke’s `festivities’ to broaden criminal intentions.
