Now that many people have done away with the traditional alarm clock,[citation required] I was wondering what people have on their phone/iPod dock/whatever to wake up in the morning?

I use my iPhone, and currently have "Wake up Boo" by the Boo Radleys... quiet start... then... BOOM! (Quite unimaginative, I know...)

What about everyone else? :chin:

My iPod Touch with a playlist on the alarm clock so various songs wake me up.

Nothing to heavy mind..lol

i've done away with the old beeper alarm i've started using my mobile phone with the dukes of hazzard horn as the alarm never fails to wake me up

For now it's either the alarm, or just the routine, but come february it'll be the baby....

This is the only thing ive found, apart from a bucket of water, that is lound enough to wake me up.

Monday to Friday I get up when I wake up, either 9am or 2pm, Saturdays my parents/sister wakes me up for work...Sunday I sleep to whenever.

not alot wakes me up ): normally set about 4 alarms on my phone to go of with in 5 mins of each other and leave my phone on the other side of the room

Well usually it's my Nokia N900 playing Pendulum.

If i set my alarm i tend to wake up 10 mins before it goes off....
if i dont set it, i tend to wake up 20 mins before i need to be somewhere...

Some odd voodo or something

The desire for a **** wakes me up.

Work evenings, start most my shifts between 5pm/6pm, apart from Monday which is 3pm and Saturday is 10.30am.

I just tend to naturally awake before 7am, no need for an alarm - I work from home - although I sometimes set my HTC as a backup if I know I need to be somewhere; but even then, I am always awake before it goes off

Currently, this bastard does, between 6:30 and 7am, depending on where on my bed I'm sleeping.
