I would take a view - depends who gets there first, unless the other person is blatently speeding and taking the ****!

Yh its not like my road is even one you can drop into a space and let them pass though its a case of one of the cars reversing to the end off the road

If there are cars parked solidly both sides then it's give an take surely? Otherwise, the one with the obstruction on his side of the road gives way to the on coming vehicle that has no obstruction. At the end of the day it comes down to common sense and tolerance for your fellow road user. Unless of course you are one of the following:
A white van man with an attitude.
A woman in a Range Rover
Anybody who is on the mobile
An oap in a cap with tunnel vision and cataracts
A mini cab driver in a Toyota with no hubcaps
I could go on all night!

Mini Cabs are the worst around here they just sit in the way waiting for their fare grrrrr

There are as many answers to that question as there are cars. Are we talking about cars parked opposite each other, or is the car on your side of the road closer than the one on the other side; or vice-versa.

It might be worth remembering that only pedestrians have RIGHT of way.

Yh i know most of the time its the easiest or better driver reverses im getting Pretty good at reversing at top wack haha

get on to the council. roads like that should be made 1 way

Cant see it ever happening to be honest as they are all like it in this area of Portsmouth


The next one down has half of it Double Yellowed for a bus lane so i guess this is what they would do to combat it, but then none of us could park
