If I'd done my due diligence I'd know all the reviews mention the steering wheel locks after a couple of uses meaning pushing it is very difficult.

However I didn't and it's here now..

Out on the third use today and the front wheel which should pivot freely to allow you to push it like a pram stops doing so, yay.

Looking at it's a pretty simple issue, the whole thing is supplied with 0 grease so after I'd fought it home took the front wheel off and find the top is quite a tight fit and now has a small amount of grit and plastic dust between the surfaces.

Quick blast of WD40 and it's like new now but does anyone know a decent grease that would stay put on it? Preferably not too nasty as it's a kids toy and my son may come into contact with it.

It's not patronising to demonstrate the person needs to develop a sense of proportion.

My little boy will have his birthday (end of May) in lockdown. My daughter may be no better off with her birthday end of September. They will deal with it and so will their parents.

I think the phase is "Deal with it". Life is poo then you die so stop griping and get on with it.
