this company is the biggesdt piece of **** i have ever seen. use to be a good site a few years ago but gone down hill badly. they took the cash out my account with in 3 mins and they cant get off there ass to send me my product.

DONT USE WWW.OVERCLOCKERS.CO.UK EVER AS THERE ****

Should have used Dabs or eBuyer ;)

I hate customer service like this, had it once before with Simple, whose attitude just stank - tried to order two Canon printers off them for work, website told to phone for details then got some knob jockey who said to order on website!! In the end, items out of stock but MBNA credit card charged...... Ended up going through MBNA Fraud department to get money back!

If you want, Smee, please register and use iXat.net to moan - it is in my sig! I am going to start pushing this soon on here, because it is now growing and I have a passive sort of interest in it.

I use them all the time and they're great for me.. Maybe it's because I live with 7 other lads and we usually put big orders in?

I'm sorry to hear it though mate - try www.novatech.co.uk next time - they got Dual Layer DVD Writers in for £50 and their standard of service is excellent

I bought a graphics card from them a while back and got delivery as specified.

With every company there's always someone who doesn't get their stuff as ordered. Ebuyer is a super company too - bought loads of stuff from them.

called them up and had a word again this afternoon after he was ment to call back and tell me its being sent. and he went sorry been busy and forgot to do it. to my amazement. my boss who is also my mother. grabs the fone and gave this lad some abuse. 5 mins later i got an email with amtrak delivery code and next day before 12 delivery. finger crossed.

moral learnt. im to kind hearted to shout at the ****. i just want to punch him. and also if i cant fix it mummy will :D

its like this with every company.. whether its Fast Fiat company X or in this case OC.UK

i have used overclockers uk.. and my mates have used them on several occaisions... i can't fault them at all. though i don;'t know what their returns is like.. and touch wood i shouldn't have to! :D
Have used Ebuyer too... and Misco... and Dabs... Misco is great.. next day delivery... but they seem to have a picking problem.. ordered a SC-MTRJ fiber cable and they send out XP Home edition..
and dabs is a rip off on delivery.. but other than that.. :D

and woooo.. new smilies!!! :slayer:

I too would advise using Novatech.co.uk. I go there all the time as it is just round the corner from where I work and is about 10 mins from my house.

I have never had any problems with them and they are relatively cheap!

Bad luck :(. I think they've just grown too quickly for their own good and it's causing them problems until systems and staff catch up with the level of custom. It hapens with all companies, I remember Dabs were good then went right downhill 2-3 years ago and have now improved again now they're sorted. Bummer if you catch them at the wrong time though!
