We do Loyalty cards at work....we've had people fired for a similar scam as it was gross misconduct if you report it along with the transaction number, chances are cashier will face a s***storm from above.

How could they award 1700 points without charging £1700?

I work in Tesco, and the only way to do it, as mentioned, would be to scan their own card first. Although the PFS will have CCTV pointed at the till, so the folk doing it must be seriously retarded.

It did take me a while to work out how they could do it without anyone seeing, but you can scan the card at anytime.

I've never heard of this, although sounds pretty funny. Cant happen with me, because I have my discount card, so will notice if they dont scan mine.

Btw, those who are saying clubcard are a waste etc, have you seen the deals they do?
