In two weeks I am going on a cruise for a week. H and I are supervising a family member and it was their choice of holiday.

I havent been on a cruise before and really not sure what I am letting myself in for.

Just wondered if anyone has been on one before and did you like it?

never since I'm 19
and I'm still happy with going to black pool and getting ass holed

seems constraining to be on a boat i know they stop off daily
will when im 35 probibily

Is a formal one or an informal one?

I really like getting dressed up on the formal ones with the 7 course dinners. :p

Put on 2 stone though.

There's always loads to do and always some good sun and views depending on where you are going. (y)

i went on a 3 week cruise some years ago, i had an awesome time!

we visited 11 countrys and did all sorts of really cool stuff (going to a black sand beach and burning my feet wasnt that much fun but it was intreeging lol)

Went on the QE2 a few years ago. You can dress according to your whim. It's
not a bad idea to take a good suit/nice dress in case you want to dress up. Most cruise ships have so many different bars you can find one that suits your dress. Some do want you to dress smartly in the restaurant so it might be an idea to contact the ship's operator or speak to your travel agent. I must admit we're thinking of doing it again we had such a good time

i been on 4 with airtours, i enjoyed them casue I wasnt paying, you get a card and it charges everything to the room, that when i hide from my dad ;)

the only part i didnt like was being at sea , was boring but only had to put up with it a couple of times, usually you wake up and you at a port and can go exploring to local bars :D

food was available 24/7 and there was 6 set meals a day
