what do you mean exactly?
you can pull them out from the centre of the tire fine, it shouldnt do much damage... unless there actually dug deep into the tire

you'll be ok if the are in the grooves. Do you know how thick a tyre is? stones wont hurt it.

arnt you suppost to paint nails black?
my goth days are over, allthough they never commenced
so they dont get spotted
but i have flat tyres?
but they will be harder to see
well whats the point in that if, the tyres flat, apart from wasting your time and money on black paint when you can just go get a new tyre or whack the space saver on lol
i have a full size spare!
nail puncture repair is only £10, so if the tread is good its worth doing.
not at my tyre fitter. just tell them you're willing to accept responsibility for the consequences and do not need a reciept.
