| Fiat Tuning - An Update from Angel Tuning Dear all, a large number of people from here have contacted us hoping for tuning prices for their pride and joys only for us to have to advise them that we couldnt do their car. Well, after 6 months off painful research we are now in a position to offer remapping services on the following table of cars, with the indicated increase in BHP and at the indicated price. If you are genuinly interested in having your car done - can you please EMAIL me on angelobdtuning@hotmail.com (please do NOT pm me!) I am sorry about the layout, but the forum didnt allow the table. The two end figures are the increase in BHP and the cost respectively. | WOW! I'm well excited. Anyway, I will email you as well, but my questions may benefit a lot of others too... Any information about torque increase figures and where the (new) peak would be in the rev range? Any information about whether max revs is higher or the same than OE spec? Any information about change in mpg? Any information other issues that the remap could cause? (e.g. it's easy to think it'll cause worse wear to the engine, but y'know some people like me need some reassuring!) Do we get rolling road before/after print out thing? And finally, how is it you can now offer such a service? What's different with this implementation of your service than previously? I'm not asking for details so I can go away and do it myself (!), but it helps to know wtf! Thanks very much, <font face="Verdana">-- T. <font color="maroon">'98 Marea Weekend ELX (1.8 16v).</font id="maroon"></font id="Verdana">

| Italian Stallion | Just to add to the above, will it effect reliability? And will it effect the warranty? Is it a covert modification? Thanks. FIAT Stilo Sport. Pretty Much Bog Standard Really. Rear Roof Spoiler, Sill Protectors, Aluminium Foot Pedals, Eibach 30mm Drop Springs.

12bhp for £330 is not a bad deal. Think how much a good induction kit and exhaust would cost - for less gain. Pete. 1242cc cinq, turbo cinq,Cinqs&Seis Yahoo group,Clubcento

| Italian Stallion | I wasn't suggesting it was expensive, I just thought 12 BHP was a low figure, £330 is bugger all really, I just thought it,d return bigger gains, particularly with a 1.1 and 1.2 returning 10/11BHP. | this is where i stand | mate of mine has a jap import mk 1 (ltd edtion 86/100) STI. he has a uni chip to fit to it, but having taken the ECU out and opened it up - it seems to have an 'extra' removable (programmable?) chip in there thats not normally found in there. is it a simple case of getting this chip remapped - ie no need tofit the uni chip? Cinq Sporting - and yes, its broom yellow!
