Standing back and taking a good look at the site, there's quite a bit that needs to get done, and whilst I'm not going to do it now :) - I'm putting this list up, so you can see what I gotta go, and I can see too....

Forum - Complete
Gallery - Complete
Chat - Complete
Events - Complete
Trader - Complete
FAQ - Decide whether to go ahead or not
Links - Complete
Advertising - Complete

Anything else, feel free to add it and I'll update the list as I go along...

nobody offers a 4meg setup unless you going for leased like or you live in london and other selected areas and are connected to a llu exchange.
 
I use IE 6 and have noticed that running a slideshow in the galleries means that the whole page refreshes/loads between images which impedes the speed and kinda slows down the whole thing.

I waiting to be put right on this but is there anyway the image can just change and not the whole page?

I'm on 589kb BB.

Nope :) Well, not without rewriting it anyway. Thats basically how they made it, so it just loads one page after the other.

One thing that annoys me (With this whole forum) is the images never cache?!? That would speed everything up so much (as the pages theselves are small) but theres always loads of images to load (would cut bandwidth too....)
 
Thats because he's a lazy git, and is blaming everything on VB3.5 (or whatever) :p
