Sent me my policy documents and they wrong :bang:

I had about 3 policy documents for the punto, they kept on getting the reg number wrong, even after repeating the correct one back to me and now.....

Cinq documents came through, it was wrong reg number, wrong license period held, wrong overnight location, wrong details of claims - they didnt have any reference to my crash, only my windscreen claim that apprantly cost £2500  , same amount as my crash claim :chin:

Fair enough mistakes do happen, but they used my details from my punto policy to save me some time , so my punto policy is also wrong :shakehead , they gonna get back to me with a possible price increase on both and also bricking it just in case they turn me down cause they think im trying it on

Am going to take my Cinq insurance elsewhere , if there is a price increase and they dont fook me up my turning me down for insurance

Any recommendations??

Thanks

A very worried gaz

seems you have cause to complain.. and I would, it may prompt them not to increase the price at all. I would also suggest that they won't increase the premium anyway since its already been agreed with you, and they've made the mistake. If they start making demands for more money make sure you talk to the duty manager (if the call centre), and get their name.

I have a 2.4 Stilo Abarth and i'm fully comp £370 with Egg.com

They're amazing! Just a little hint too... It's better to pay a possible £800 in the event of an accident as opposed to £800 guarenteed for the total insurance premium. My advice when getting a quote would be to ask if you can increase the excess to 800-1000. This will reduce your insurance MASSIVELY!!!!!!!!!!

try them

try them

ONLY if you know you can cover the excess in the event of a claim.eg for me i dont have a CC or anything so have to keep my excess managable.

cheers for the advise :)

elephant are cheaper than CIS even with mods

gonna wait till CIS policy docs come through and cancel the insurance for the cinq  , hopefully they wont cancel my punto policy by mistake :bang:

im back with CIS even with all the hassle they have given me  , it worked out £78 cheaper with claim, car in different location and years license held for
