I have a quick question regarding additional drivers. I've been looking at putting my girlfriends parents on my policy as additional drivers to help reduce the costs. The issue is the distance that they live away (around 280 miles). Will this make a difference? I.e. will the insurance company say that they would rarely drive the car, or will they be fine with it?

Shouldn't be an issue. Just say they drive the car when you visit them and when they visit you. However their address may load a premium onto your policy if its a poor risk area in comparison to yours.
