Does anyone know of insurance on a 1.2 Pop 500? I've tried a few quotes mainly coming to about 3,359 with a parent as a named driver and me with 0 experience and being 17.

we could list insurance companies all night but it wont help

get your self on the comparison websites and do all of them

then target the ones that withdraw from comparison sites

What's been said has been said and the thread has covered this rather thoroughly now so I don't think there's really any need for anyone else to pluck a quote from the first thing I said and have a wee rant of their own about it, try reading the full thread

I did read the full thread, and your comment stuck out like a d*** on a birthday cake!!

If you are going to stuck your head above the parapet and make such a blindingly numb statement such as the one you did. you have to accept that others may feel moved to comment on it. You fail to understand you are dealing with sensible, rational, level headed people here.

But on a positive note I am sure you have learned a lesson or two out of all this

Yeah I am a bit of a fanny for saying it lol I do understand that a lot of people on this forum are sensible law obiding people but everyones susceptible to a moments irrational thinking once in a while right? I know it has annoyed people what I said but is it so hard for people to read on and say "ok so the guy takes back what he said and learned a lesson" instead of going through the bother of writing another post with the same general dislike as the others and instead just draw a line under it and resort to writing posts that are more relevent to what is actualy a pretty important thread for young people wanting (good!) advice on insuring a fiat
