bushboy shame on you.
not everyone can/will spend a fortune on a camera.
my flatmate uses hers for snaps at family do's,nights out etc.
think she should take an SLR for this?
its under £30 new!
it replaces a 2nd hand 2mp fujifilm which is p[laying up after 3 years of use.
honestly some people have no idea.

you dont need an SLR camera to take good quality pics??.,.,

i have this one in black, well worth its money.,.,

i wasnt suggesting she should, quite the opposite
fact is the camera will suit her needs fine and suits my budget ;)
i have my fujifilm s5600 which is fine for me now.
once i get the hang of it i may 'step up' to an full on digi SLR but myself and my flatmate use them for different purposes

yeah i agree with you,.,.
most people wouldnt reap the benefits of the higher quality expencive cameras as they are a lot more complicated to use and they just wanna take a few snap shots of a holiday of something.,.
if your not into your cameras id reccomend just getting something for about £100 max and around 4-6mp (same quality as 35mm film) coz you wouldnt use all the extras in the better cameras.,., the camera in the original post looks ok but id advise waiting for other people who bought one to give there opinion on it.,.,.,
