Re: Smart-I i-3500 HD 16GB 2CH Car Video Registrar DVR Drive Review

The camera is out of focus and the depth of field is poor, needs to be refocused

Having looked at other videos from this camera the focus point is about a foot or two in front of the front bumper maybe 6-7 feet from the camera lens

It looks like a Okay picture over stretched
Making it blur'y and pixelated....

Is there any other setting on the camera to adjust?

but it refuses to keep time and date, and your not happy open a PP case and make sure its refunded and sorted

I had that. Raise the problem through ebay.
I told ebay that UK laws require sellers to refund return postage for faulty goods & as they want everything back & require a tracking number, it'll cost loads.
Ebay found in my favour & refunded the money.

Mine was but the seller just kept saying "send all back with tracked" & there was no real option to reply to that so I contacted ebay & told them I wasn't prepared to waste more money sending faulty goods back unless the seller paid for the return.

I went through customer support. I had gone through resolution centre but the seller just kept saying "send all back".
Told customer support that I was a UK customer & UK laws clearly state the buyer should not lose out with faulty goods.
Happy to return if the seller will refund postage.
Customer support found in my favour & refunded back to my PP account.

Although thats only UK sellers who are governed by that, but worth a try if it worked in your case

I can't understand why other countries allow consumers to lose out like that.
