turning a photo into an outline...

anyone know how to do this? i'm trying to print a t-shirt, got the funny paper, for both black and white t-shirts.

would like an effect similair to:

Yeah the grill is a bit messy....Fiat badge is a good idea....I'll see what Jai wants and then take it from there....

very nice endeed will give that one a go on an old t-shirt.....hmmm, grille stripes....thats gonna be very diff to bring out i think, because they are white on this one like the rest of the car

i've had a go on paint, but i think a mouse is the wrong tool to use, might have to look at getting one of those pad and pen things?
