Got a Fiat Idea Dulotic, Dynamic. When I lock and unlock the car, for some reason the hazards don't flash, has any one and idea why this is not happening?

It's usually disabled as standard. Needs to be turned on via the diagnostic socket with the correct software. Multiecuscan can do it, think it needs to be the registered version. As that's how I turned mine on.
