Hi there would be mega grateful if someone could help me out. Brought a Fiat Idea 2005 and had to get a new battery and NO one has been able to help me with the code....

the details on the unit are BP 7 643 383 316

Id be eternally grateful, I brought it as a run about and don't really wanna spend any more money on a new stereo plus the fitting are rather unusual!

If you post the serial number, I will be able to get the code for you. The number will be stamped into the side of the radio and look something like BPX383XXXXXXXX

i've managed to calculate unlock code but radio keeps relocking after every turning off and on. It displays check message which can be bypassed with keys combination during power on but then it always asks for code again...

Check that you have the 12 volt ignition controlled power supply to pin 4 of the radio connector, and a permanent 12 volt supply to pin 7.
