MOS car audio finally - Good or Bad

Looking for MOS car radio with CD/MP3, with USB / SDMMC card slot. This looks allright and cheap, is ti allright ??

Anybody using it?? Is it allright or not??

Also 6x9 speakers, very cheap, or look somewhere else ??

Iam looking all the forums but can't find any final decision

for speakers get jbl cheap but good and £40 delivered on ebay (new) (6x9's)

and how much you want to spend on headunit?

and £135! ****ing hell! lol, you can get top model pioneer/alpines on ebay for that much

..and that's the PROBLEM - because pioneer/alpines don't make any USB/SD card MP3 players, or do, but VERY expensive.. You have some idea ????

i habe the new mutant USB SD one its workin great for me no problems at all

but unless you have had a good headunit, then you cant really rate em iv had loads of speakers and headunits in the last few years lol

im sure there better than the MOS one and all cheaper

havent actually checked there usb compatible but i just typed in usb in the title.

Kenwood looks very well - where could I buy new one in dublin?????

the mos headunit are actually quite good, on par with my JVC and kenwood

But they ain't a patch on what else you can get for 130 - 140 quid

unusual coz my JVC cost me £240 and the mos sounds just as good, nothing ive heard yet has sounded better then my old pioneer deh8400 though

hm I dont hav eexperiences with buying from ebay, is there any guarantee that there won't be some rubbish in the package instead of radio...

Nobody here have some serious experience with USB/SD MP3 radios????

I see them as a waste of money TBH. Unless you have a large HDD attached to it, then I see no real advantage of USB over an mp3 HU. I would rather spend the money on more audiophillic HUs than something I see as gimmicky.

At last, I better buy Sony MP3 headunit only with CD and Two 6x9 Xplod speakers - what do you think??

And USB port.. - just let it go... There's still no good new headunit with USB/SD for reasonable price..And, only o few manufacturers are making them..

Hmm...heard the Alpine 7990 (IIRC)? Or the old RF/Denon and McIntosh units? Or the Sony C90R? Now they are some excellent sounding units.
