punto mk 2 cd player

is there any problems in replacing the blaupunkt (low) factory fitted radio/cassette with a blaupunkt (high) factory fitted radio/cd. in a punto mk2 1.2 2002 with just two front speakers.
also is the wiring in place to add the other speakers (tweeters and rear shelf)
