Hi, could any one tell me if the Mk 2 Punto Active Sport blaupunkt radio has RCA connections at the rear? My intention is to run my ipod via a RCA to 3.5mm jack.

Thanks

I wouldn't have thought so. You can buy an adaptor for aftermarket blaupunkt units for about £6 , but im not sure if it would fit a fiat oem radio. Best thing to do would be to take it out and have a look!;)

Ok I have fairly a similar problem and rather than start a new thread, I was wondering if anyone can help me in this one - in anyway at all, either with positive or negative outcomes.

Here is the deal:

I have a Punto Active Sport, and is fitted with a factory fitted Blaupunkt "Mid" stereo. It is the one with the subwoofer capabilities.

I have an mp3 player (a Rio Carbon). The intention is to run the MP3 player through my stereo. At present I am using one of those plug-in-cigar-socket fm modulators, but my knee keeps knocking it loose and spoiling my ICE experience!

I bought a mini ISO adapter lead-->3.5mm jack lead. The mini-ISO is the blue 8 pin plug (Blaupunkt Part # 7 607 897 093).

I simply plugged in the blue connector in the appropriate place at the back and the 3.5mm jack into the headphone socket of the mp player.

But it doesn't work at all. (n) Boo hoo! :cry:

Any ideas on what the reason for not working? Or any solutions?

I would really appreciate any help/suggestions you guys can offer. :worship:

All the best.
