Re: Pioneer Headunit?

Go into Halfrauds (halfords) and ask for a wiring harness adapter or ISO adapter for a mk2 punto. It'll cost u bout £8 iirc. Or you can hardwire it, depends what u wanna do. Hope this helps.

Re: Pioneer Headunit?

hi there

what do you mean 2 looms ?? i though all stereos had space on back for the black block of wires and the white block of wires? or are pioneer different ??

there is also a multi coloured block of wires but you dont need them just leave them hanging they are only for the on board to computer to check you have put in the security code. so not needed without the original stereo

Re: Pioneer Headunit?

As per the first reply i would assume that you have removed the FIAT head unit which has the FIAT proprietary wiring on it and you need the ISO (international standard) interface which allows it to plug and play.

As is said you will need to get a custom part. www.caraudiodirect.co.uk will supply you the part if halfords cannot.
