Hi all :] getting my new gp s2 tjet in first few weeks of september, just a few questions.

At the moment ive got an aftermarket alpine head unit with alpine 6x9's and an alpine sub and amp, i was wanting to put all of this into my new punto apart from the head unit as im wanting to keep blue and me, am i right in thinking that the quality is going to be no where near what im experiencing now? as aftermarket headunits are obv the better choice.

Is there no aftermarket headunits that can make use of the blue and me system? by means of a wire like the steering wheel control ones?

Thanks for your help!

You wont be able to keep the blue and me but you could buy a bluetooth enabled headunit and put that it seperately. You can buy steering wheel adapters that let you keep the controls which is what ive done. I really wouldnt bother putting 6x9's in as they are crap and a waste of time and money.

I was thinking of getting rid of the 6x9's anyway! havent really got the money for a new headunit so i suppose i'll just have to see how the sub sounds! wont be as good as it sounds now but oh well.

taa.

it depends, there are plenty of crap aftermarket headunits even by alpine. if you have a half decent headunit then you will notice a difference.
