tweeters for bravo

my son has a 99 bravo it is fitted with a pioneer head, fusion front speakers and sony rear topped off with a kenwood amp and sub.
but the it is time to get rid of those original tweeters any ideas what to get and from where, they must be able to handle loud bass of course, and what's the easiest why to fit them??

Well for a start tweeters dont play bass so i hope you meant that they should be able to still be heard over loud bass.
Right the first thing that you will need is two crossover boxes and and the tweeters. They will be slightly difficult to install as the originals are normally a lot smaller than the replacements so it would be a case of cutting the hole bigger.

Re: tweeters for bravo

the covers on the originals just pop off, i used a butter knife. then each tweeter is held in place with 2 allen bolts.

personally, in the front i would have fitted components that came with matched mids, tweeters and crossovers. pick&mix systems rarely have good balance.
