 | what keys do i need to remove the cd player iv got a lead from andymonty(thank you very something in the post now) but i havnt got any keys to remove the head unit its the standard fiat one ina 1.2 dynamic, keys would be good but i wonder if theres a bodge way round it like cottun buds with the cotton on lol

 | Re: what keys do i need to remove the cd player wire coat hangers as above ideally if you have access to a grinder they want a point putting on them... try a small car parts shop they will be cheaper than halfords if you go and buy them they are nothing special mine fit most standard heat units from Ford & Fiat and no doubt many others

| *custom name*  | Re: what keys do i need to remove the cd player halfords keys is from autoleads so the price is pretty much the same even throughout internet shops. the keys are designed to take them out with ease but if we have to comprimise use four long circular metal rods inserted into each hole about 2-3 inches. coat hangers etc all work. bike spokes work particularly well too. if you nice to the guys in halfords you can usually borrow their keys. i give mine out all the time

| *custom name* | Re: what keys do i need to remove the cd player no. i used it on customers stilos as the hole is longer and very stubborn. bike spokes are stronger and with the threaded ends it caught on to the catches lovely. just awkward as you can hold and pull on all 4 evenly to get the thing out lol
