Question weezing noise from 6x9's

just fitted my new 6x9's and when i rev the engine this noise gets louder form my speakers, im running them from my amp, does anybody have any idea what this is and how to stop it??

ground loop isolotar. can get it from any good ice dealer. just cuts out the alternator noise which this is likely to be

also are they amped? cos the speaker wire will prob be crossing a live feed line which could also cause this

It could be the signal (line-level) line. High-level signals suffer very little from EMI.

Ground loop would probably fix this, but you will loose a slight amount of quality due to the way GLIs work - its basically a transformer relying on electromagnetic energy through induction and so there never 100% efficient.

yes thay are amped, mate told me that it could be bad earth????
what would i need to get from the i.c.e shop to stop this noise??

sounds exactly the same as my problem
mine is fine now after i changed my earth point

where did you change your earth to? i got mine at the seat belt bolt. what is the best place??

Not really ideal tbh. Is it a MK2? on the MK2, theres an earthing point behind the carpet that covers the 'lip' of the boot near the passenger side. Its used for all the rear lights and fiats subwoofer so it should be ideal.
