CD stuck in head unit,help!

put a CD in my JVC head unit,now it is not ejecting,how do i get it out without wrecking unit?!

i took mine back to halfauds where i got it from and said theres a cd stuck n it won't eject, n they jst gave me a new head unit lol lost my disc though =(
if you've stil got your reciept try taking it back to where you got it from. they'l probly send it away to be fixed, or you might get looky and get a band new 1! lol

I know it's late but I got my Cd working by taking the CD unit out, disconect from power and reconect. I took it out with 4 bike spokes inserted 2 inches into those mini holes. Cheers

i would suggest disconnecting everything and then re connecting it all.

if not then take it apart with screw driver take disc out and return to halfords for a new one.

check it doesnt have void stickers though!

cd stuck in unit is a nightmare. bike spoke with the wee rib bit catching onto centre hole or unscrew the whole thing sorts it most of the time. make sure a reset wont sort the problem out as it quite often does

I had this in my corsa and I just punched the dash bit next to the head unit.

CD came out.

Brute force.

do not use brute force, there are some pins that hold the cd in, so u cannot use brute force. just disconnect from power, and before u disconect make sure u have the CD code, mine is on the back of the CD (???) but it should be in the car book

Press the reset button if avail! (you may need a ball point pen)
most clip off fronts have reset buttons
