| Quick-release connector Hi folks, I've just stuck some 7 x 10s in my shelf and I'm wondering if people use a proper 'Neutrik' type connector for their wiring or just some bullet connectors to enable the shelf to be removed quickly / neatly if necessary?

| Re: Quick-release connector the'Neutrik' Speakon connections are a little on the big size for a car set up and you need to cut a BIG hole for the socket,, on my last car i put 2x 2 pin din sockets in the boot liner (one at each side) ![]() ![]() but found they had a tendency to rattle loose.. if i was to do it again i'd use these ![]() and these ![]() or locking XLR jacks.. plenty more ideas here... http://www.maplin.co.uk/search.aspx?...=8&classtype=M hope that helps..
