fitting dvd player

just got a ripspeed dvd player to put in car above heater vent but doesnt fit in properly cause of all the wires, anyway to move the vent to fit them down and then put vent back

put more effort into getting the wires down at the back.its big work relocating a DIN slot

i dont want to relocate anything, i jst want to be able to loosen it a little so it fits in, then tighten vent again, been trying to get it to fit in for bout an hr or so now

Hi, It WILL fit. Tuck all of the wires down towards the rear left of the space for the head unit, there is quite a big gap there! Try looking with a torch for the gap first, you will see what a mean.

there isnt any space on the left hand side only a little on the right, and with all the wires on the dvd player on the left side they wont stretch over to fit in tht space without blocking the dvd players way in

try harder.get in/underneath and try moving existing wires aside.

if you remove these panels you should be able to get your hand up and be able to pull the wires
