why cant you put the info up here?

this is in the group buy section so it should be information for all?
if not then we may need to look at this thread closer

Afternoon Custard.

I agree that information should be put up in a group buy thread when it is proven to be correct.

However, in this situation, when i a developing a product (At my own time and expense) to solve a problem that lots of Cento owners have, i do not want people being misguided about their use.

My reply to the PM requested was to explain the following:

"I would be interested in trying one on your car, so we can check that the design will be suitable for Turbo'ed cars. There will be a few modifications that i will need to do to alter the design to work with a positive pressure instead of a negative pressure. If you are interested in helping develop this with me, i will work on getting the parts made to hold the 2nd injector (if yours has one) and a couple of other minor adjustments that have to be made. Once i have something that we know is working and fully tested, i will put this variation up for others to buy"

Custard, i hope this answers that one. As you can see, i have nothing to hide on this. I am the one taking the risk on developing this with a cost so far to me of £286 so far! I will also be giving dyno results from my car, which is costing me a further £350 for a full days dyno testing.

Please do consider this thread carefully, but other owners and forum members seem to benefit from my ability and expertise in sourcing and manufacturing parts. I think my commitment of over £600 towards helping other owners improve their cars should speak for itself.

By the way, i have emailed the forum about getting a legitimate advert on here. I have had no response from it, however i will gladly send you a copy of the email if you PM me. I am quite happy to support the forum in the same way as i'm prepared to help other users. This is not my line of work, as you will be from my Username. The website for my company is www.signwerx.co.uk if you want to verify this.

If you have any questions, please PM me, so these concerns can be sorted out privately.

Many thanks!

Adam :)

no point going via me,Ben is the man for that
did you go via the contact us link?
https://www.fiatforum.com/helpdesk/index.php
bear im mind Ben travels a lot

plus there is the automated process
https://www.fiatforum.com/payments.php

this thread was flagged up early on(as it was in Cento) but as you see i kept it and moved it to group buys
so its already been 'considered'

Forgive me for putting a post in the wrong place. I am relatively new to this forum and didnt realise that there was a group buy section.

I hope that we can now get back to the whole point of the forum!
Anything in the future, please PM or email me!

Adam:)

mine is mpi so no need for a second injector. how thick is the wall where it mounts to the throttle body. you might need to source some large jublie clips unless you can get them in that size anyway.

Wall thickness is min of 4.2mm

Clips are already sorted - by far the simplest way of fixing them. I went round the houses for a long time trying to work out a way of using the standard studs, but then had a flash of inspiration! Proper hose clamps it is!!!
