Recalls; 5096 - Steering cover metal plate.Old recall. 5119 - Best service.Not a recall as such and what is carried out depends on year/engine/chassis number of your vehicle.This work (if any) is often carried out at service time.Normally just a software update. 5156 - Lower steering shaft.Old recall. 5299 - Heater wiring.Fit clip to wiring loom. Old recall. 5397 - Lower steering shaft (check of bolt torque setting). Recall in progress. Known faults/issues; It is recommended that the vehicle is correctly checked as this list is only intended as a guide and not applicable in all cases. Fault -Dashboard lights coming on/off Cure - requires body computer software update. Status - rarely reported Fault - Dashboard top vent trim - the long trim which directs air to windscreen can distort and stick up at drivers side Cure - fitment of new trim. Status - rarely reported Fault -Drivers door - not opening from inside. Cure - requires lock Status - rarely reported Fault - Electric window(s) not working Cure - poor/loose connection at drivers door switchbank. Status - very rarely reported Fault - High coolant temperature warning Cure - software update Status - Very rarely reported Fault - Horn - requires a firm press to operate. Cure - lubrication of horn contacts DANGER airbag - dealer only! Status - Rarely reported. Fault -Rear doors - sticking intermittently from outside Cure - Dealer modifying outer door handles. Status - Few reports. Fault - Power steering light on - sometimes with noise/creak from column area Cure - Various causes (power supply,column,connections) Status - Few reports lately. Fault -Water in tailgate - Water coming out of tailgate at sides when raised Cure - Rear wiper seal/high level brake light/seam leaking/stop seals. Status - Few reports lately. Fault - Noise when turning Cure - Top strut bearings Status - Ongoing Fault - Smell of oil Cure - Breather hose (split) Status - Ongoing
