Question Blue&Me Crashed

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had a problem with Blue&Me crashing. The windows button doesn't work at all and the phone menu doesn't come up either. And the silly cow keeps saying 'No message' now and again Plus I can't change tracks on me USB memory stick.

Does anyone know how to reset it? It get the bi*ch back into action

Re: Blue&Me Crashed

Hi,

I had exacly the same problem when she just refuses to do anything. I kept on getting the message "No Media" as well. The only way that i could get around it was to disconnect the battery then reconnect it. Works fine now, well Microsoft had something to do with it, need i say any more.
Would like to know also if anyone had a fix for this as its not best disconnecting the battery, just for future reference if it happens again.

Same thing happened on mine while playing an MP3 track I had to yank the battery at least Fiat where thinking ahead and added a quick release battery terminal.

Re: Blue&Me Crashed

Cheers peps :-)
Thought this is what i'd have to do but its a pain. There must be a way of resetting just the Blue&Me from inside the car. Maybe like holding the Windows button while turning on the ignition, that type of thing.

Re: Blue&Me Crashed

I had this problem - and managed to fix it without messing with the battery. If you have a memory stick, put the message reader update on it and when Blue and Me crashes follow the update procedure, even if you have already installed it. It kinda kicks it back into action. It worked for me anyway

Hope this helps.
