Hi All from Ukraine,
i read a lot of comments in this forum about Blue&Me and USB-port.
Now i'm going to order my first car :) (of course Fiat GP) and want to install Blue&Me on it.
Of course i want to have USB-port...

Does Blue&Me without USB an old one version?

And now it's only available with USB (new version)

Is it correct or Fiat proposes two differenet versions of Blue&Me???

My car dealer cannot provide me with such simple information (n)

Initally in the UK there were problems, but i now believe this has been rectified, and blue&me has a USB port.

Whether or not this was the same for the ukraine i do not know. But certainly in the UK blue&me has a USB port

Orginally early sportings and eleganzas in the uk did not have blue&me but a different bluetooth telephone system (called the c1 converence kit (sp) or something like that) It still had the usb port in the glove box but it could not do anything with it. Unless you bought a car with either of these 2 options you would not have any port at all in the glovebox.

But then your in ukraine and i dont really know what options you have on the cars over there i can only go by what i know in the uk

Hope that helps

Thanks for information!

We have only Active (1.2) and Dynamic (1.4 v8) versions. I'm going to buy Dynamic and Bluetooth is an extra option on both of G.P. versions.

All i have in the option description (in the price-list) is
"Bluetooth (handsfree sytem integrated in car audio system) with 8 buttons on the steering wheel."
...Nothing about USB...Only option code - 55G

Looks like i'm going to order "black box" :) .

In the UK the option code 55G relates to the older version fitted on models built before June. This is the C1 converence (sp) kit, i got this in my car and its great. There is a usb port in the glove box but the only downside is it doesnt work for mp3 players :(

Option code 4J3 in the UK is for the blue&me system, which is kinda the same but has the added use of the usb port in the glovebox...
