Afternoon all

Does anyone happen to know the Oring size on the plastic pipe that runs from the intercooler and seats into the intake manifold/throttle on the 1.9 MJet? I suspect mine's gone as there is oil misting around it and looks flat when i disconnect the pipe from the intake making me think it's outlived it's purpose.

Only alternative is buying a replacement intake pipe, but seems a bit excessive to pay £89 for a pipe when all it needs is an oring.

I've looked on ePer, nothing mentions the size, other than it cannot be ordered seperately, only as part of the intake pipe and i'm not paying £80+ to effectively replace the o-ring.

Hey, I work for vauxhall dealership. And obviously we have the 1.9 JTDM(CDTI) as well. So looked on our parts system and we sell the o-ring on its own. Assuming I've understood you correctly. I've added the picture of our parts screen. I don't know how much it costs. But can't be much.

Googled the part number and have purchased genuine one on ebay. Will have it in a couple of days.

Will report back if it fits for future reference
