Hello,

I bought a second hand Grande Punto 1.4 and as weather got warm I noticed a problem with an unknown for me heat source in the feet area, driver side(LHD). It is very close to the vents for AC/Heater system. It is made of aluminum and I suspect it is the heater radiator.

Am I missing some covering with insulation for preventing the heat?

Any help will be much appreciated. A photo of the area can help too, so I can compare what is the situation in my car vs what is the situation in some other car.

On RHD vehicles, the pollen filter and long thin black cover are in left foot well,if you turn the fan on,and the cover is missing,you will feel it in the left foot well .

On the left side there is a cover but it is not completely covering the radiator. Radiator is kinda sticking over by maybe 3-4cm thus heating the nearby air.
