I did not want pull on it in case it’s there for a reason. I can see a bag in the other wing but could not tell if there was in liquid in it.

Probably a sealed polythene bag with a lump of sponge inside it. They're fitted in the top rear of the front wings to stop wind whistle. Both of my Stilos have them. Seems like yours has leaked and got water in it. You should still be able to feel the sponge though.



Could also be someone's stash of dope. Is is a black car?
