Ive read the suggestion to use the yellow/blue connecter for the aux and i bought the yellow, but when i try to take theradio out, it 3\4 come out then it stops just before i can reach the two canle on the left. Dont know if im doing something wrong or if there is another way to try and take the radio out? Thanks for any help.
Don't wanna have to go to a garage...

When I installed my AUX I didn't have any trouble. Two suggestions, try pushing the stereo back in then try and get it back out. If that doesn't do it try pushing the stereo keys further in and applying a bit more force to them whilst trying to remove the head unit? May need to be pulled a bit to expose the wiring loom and once accessible remove the loom which may be holding it back.

Yeah ill try to push the keys in further (thats the u shaped metal part pushed into the holes)

Did you get this sorted mate?
Thanks for the link i tried the solution anyways but the problem isnt with the initial taking out og the radio. I can get the radio out about 95% of the way but its the last part thats difficult. The radio seems to snag and this stops me from getting in behind.is there another way to get in behind the radio or do you think i should take it to a garage and ask them to try take it out?

That's interesting! Open the glovebox and you can get your hand behind the radio area, try to see if there are any tight cables as these may be caught and stopping your radio from coming out further! Get your phone camera and flash and record a video of what's behind there for a better look and if all else fails you may be best taking it to the garage pal.

Good luck mate, I remember how seriously annoying it was without an aux cable, who knows, if you got a new model gp you might even have a USB port back there!
I just took it the garage and ended up paying 7 quid for the guy to simply unhook something from the back? and connect the cable. But thanks for your suggestions bud?

I blindly fed the cable down, and the whole time I could've done that.
