So I've been contemplating for an absolute age now swapping my twinair panda for a Grande Punto .... Couple of silly questions .

Is the 1.4 8valve powerful enough ??? I know that's a vague question but I mean in basic , joining the motorway and overtaking ways?

And also as It's a slightly older car will the interior quality be less up to scratch to the current panda??? Like Will it fall apart around me? Lol

I'll be honest the twinair is a powerhouse if driven heavy footed lol

Having driven a 1.2 8v and a 1.4 8v Grande, I would say that the 1.4 is the smallest engine that you should really get. It's adequate for general driving, the 1.2 feels positively dangerous it's that slow.

Interior wise, admittedly it's been a few years, but they seemed well screwed together so I suspect - like many things - how much the interior has been abused will be very dependent on the mileage and the previous owner(s).
