i've had a 2006 Active for a couple of months now and have noticed a vibration on it that i feel through the floor, i've had the wheels balanced and when i drive on a stretch of newly laid road nearby it feels fine, am i just being oversensitive to the change in road surfaces or maybe wrongly inflated tyres or is it the steering?

If you say it's fine on good roads then check the tire pressure.
