1.2 Active, '57 plate

Engine management light is on all the time, got my nephew to take a look as he has multiecuscan, and it's coming up Radio receiver try to clear the error but it comes straight back on.

I changed the stock radio for a JVC head unit with the CanBus adaptor, so I assume this is the issue but any idea how to c;lear it permanently ? Have I wired something incorrectly or missed something during installation ?

Car is running fine and Radio seems to be functioning all OK

Radio receiver error? Do you have the error code? ( Pxxxx)
