I have used a Mann oil filter 610/3 on my daughters 1.2 2008 Fiat Grande Punto petrol. Interestingly the EuroCar parts site seems to have a 610/7 filter from Mann. Might be identical apart from capacity. Worth seeing if you can get a local car parts factor to get it for you as they usually seem to get the right part for me everytime.
Micks Garage has W6103...whilst both have M20 x 1.5 as their thread size they are different in height and diameter.

I might just risk it and go for the Bosch one or take the old one off and measure before buying. Just means the job will take longer than it needs to! They all seem to vary by a few mm but like you said, the thread size is the same.
