Its a hell of a challenge.
As well as all the aircon bits, there are other differences to check.
The alternator is usually different in the way it is mounted, as the belt is auto-tensioned, so you'd need alternator and associated brackets, belt, and tensioner.
Then often the main cooling radiator is different on aircon cars, so you'd need to research this.
The cooling fan needs to be dual-speed.
Adding the evaporator into the heater box is another challenge.
You need a complete donor vehicle, with all these bits in usable condition.
An aircon system contains a small amount of oil in the gas to lubricate the seals at joints and in the pump. If allowed to empty and ambient air gets in, taking any moisture with it, internal corrosion can be a problem. So any donor needs to be fresh, and the job done promptly. Ideally a new receiver/dryer is best. As soon as done, get it to an aircon garage who will evacuate the system and regas it.

A lot of trouble, finding an aircon car to trade up to might be easier. But good luck if you go ahead.
