The noise happens mostly when I'm turning the wheel slightly left. There is no feeling of it through the steering wheel or pedals.
When I dip the clutch or let off the throttle the noise goes!
Car is an abarth 155.

To get out my garage I have to do a full lock left and there's no clunking noise. Also to add there is a slight rumbling noise while driving which would suggest the wheel bearing as well.
