Hi all

Hope someone can help me with this issue ....

Near side front dip beam bulb blew the other day, changed it over and thought all was fine.... But... When I flashed my main beam they stayed permanatly on, untill I switched lights off and back on.....

Not had a chance to look at it for a week now, but came to start car today and When dip beam is selected on the stalk all I get is main beam....

Any ideas of where to start?

so just been having a look at this problem...

side lights fine both front and rear (with green indicator on dash)

when dip beam is selected on the stalk (green indicator stays on) both the dip and the main beam come on simultaneously (but no blue indicator).

any ideas, possible stalk issue ?

Stuck relay / water in fusebox my guess since there is no blue indicator (= no problem with the switch)

Sorry to bring this back up again....

So i ended up changing the stalk.... And it worked perfectly fine until a couple days ago!!??

now i get the issue of when the engine is totally off and the key is removed the lights come on? when the key is inserted back into the ignition and ignition switched on the lights go off.

any ideas ??
