Grande punto

Ok , so I've overcome so many little issues that are all odd with my grande punto...but the most recent being my side lights front and rear, I've replaced all my bulbs with the correct bulbs, I know this after purchasing the incorrect ones first lol. But Now, If I Put My Lights On, My Side Lights Work For what must be 2 seconds and then switch off. my brake lights work fine. But only if I press my brake pedals! so the bulbs are as such working but only for 2 seconds at a time! Please help...can't afford another fine for driving without my rear light cluster working! Oh n I have checked my fuses all check in perfectly!

are the cluster terminals clear of corrosion ?,
one of the more common faults listed in the FAQ's at top of Grande page..,

Like varesecrazy said more likely be bad clusters at the back (breaks), I've had this issue on a mk2 punto. If don't want to do it yourself an independent auto electrician will do it for about £50 or so.

Thanks very much I will check out the clusters for corrosion in about 20 minutes! I like driving at night!
