sorry to be a noob I just got my new gp a few months ago and now I'm wanting to remove the front badge .I've got a new grill ready to put in but how do I remove the old one.I've looked for guides but haven't found one with the extra panel on.I'll put a pic up of my front panel/grill.

Some gps I've noticed don't have the extra insert, the bumper just flows around the number plate. is this a change fiat have done over time?.or just an extra option?.

That's not an extra panel, someone has just wrapped the middle bit of the bumper in black plastic.
 
It's definatly an extra piece on there .Anyone know how to put a new grill piece in?,
 
nice, thanks for info, I wanna keep the grill surround(is that the linea part?) I just wanna remove the badge off of the grill but seems to be trapped behind this linea surround.does it just pop off or screwed in.
 
I want mine to look like this one lol

hehe yes this is the linea grill you are lucky ;)

I don't know how it's fixed on the grill though.
 
the grill pulls out all the way around, that badge will just be stuck on or secured from behind. literally just gently pull the grill and it'll come away from the front bumper

Buy a debadged grill for around a tenner and Ill give your old grill a good home (y)
 
The badge is possibly just screwed or cable tied on from behind as there is no badge mounting points on the linea grill

I like the linea part sorry guys lol Just wanna get rid of the fiat badge as its faded some what and I may get the new badge to put on (red one).I've allways had fiat cars but never knew about the linea grill On the Grande. Thanks Jamie will give it a try .
 
How much do the linea grills cost had a look on eBay but can't find any?
