I've got a problem with my car at the moment, if I drive the car normally all is good if I give the accelerator a good kick after about 30 secs I get loads of blue smoke, so I know it's oil it's burning and I'm thinking valve seals, It happens aswell if I go down hill in gear for a long time and then accelerate at the bottom it puffs out smoke, done a compression test and had 120 psi on all 4 cylinders and the people I know who used to work for fiat said that's fine. When I drive normal the turbo is still boosting but no smoke. Does anyone share the same outcome as me with the valve seals or something else?

Sounds like valve seals.

You should do a wet test too to make sure it's not from the rings.

Sorry for the very long wait but it's got to be worn valve seals, hardly ever smoke only when on overrun down hills n then there the slightest bit on first press of accelerator, plus the compression must be good. If a mapped car running 170bhp gets left behind easy, my mates evo abarth isnt as quick and a 0-60 just slightly quicker than a supersport the compression must be good. Only thing is now though the clutch has gone so I'm looking for a single mass conversion but can't find 1 anywhere, looks like new dmf with uprated clutch.
