My car was recently cutting out intermittanly.

started to get worse and now the immobilizer light is on witch wont allow you to crank the engine.

ive tryed leaveing battery off over night to reset it and ive just put a brand new one on and its still the same

for sum reason the powersteering works without the engine started.

anyone have any ideas why the light is on
