Hi all, just got my tires changed at Kwik fit and they found some play in the stabiliser links. Had the work done, they guy said needs a good run cos its been sat for a while and dash lights are on (abs and steering wheel). Just gave it a good 30 mile runout and restarted the engine, the abs light went out but the steering wheel light is still on. So I'm wondering, could them replacing the stabiliser links cause a problem for the steering wheel light to come on or will it eventually reset?
Any help or advice would be great.

Are you sure it's not in city mode, as i think this pops up as a steering wheel icon.

If there are any faults logged then you really need diags i'm afraid.

No in city mode it comes up as a green 'city' light.
Fecking Kwik fit. Wont be going there again.

I really can't see how changing the stabiliser links (I assume you're referring to the drop links?) Would cause a steering light to come on. Blaming kwik fit seems a little hasty.
