hi guys got a 2006 punto grande went to start it this morning and I lost power to rev temp speedo radio only for seconds then it all worked again the car was running fine and everything else worked any ideas were to look.please

Is the battery fine? May not be much charge in it

hi yes the battery has plenty life in it.

Check cables in the engine bay (earth points etc).

Also check alternator voltage.

Take to a local car garage/tyre centre. They will test battery and alternator charge for free (in most cases)

There is an earth in the boot which can act up, especially if you have a wet dog jumping in and out.

Check them all and even take them off and sand down slightly to ensure a good connection
